Quiet Moment

I don't know what it is about this story that has my Muse just churning the stuff out.
This particular piece has been the center of an epic conflict between me and my muse. It refused to consider any other pose, despite the fact I struggled with drawing this pose *head thunks on table* Still not entirely happy with the perspective or proportions but without finding exactly this pose for reference, this was about as good as I could get it.
Also in the spirit of trying new stuff, I tried out a different way of shading. It's a little more time consuming but I don't mind the results.
Background is... meh, could be better, could be worse. Thank god for nice people making nice photoshop brushes for others to use.
